Package Your Jewelry
Carefully place your items in their original Clogau presentation box and secure them inside a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Refund Processing
Once our quality assurance team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
